Our Civil Engineering Design services for Resource Consent on client’s development projects can broadly be categorized as:
- Infrastructure Design – Right of Way design (long and cross sections), Earthwork calculations, Cut & Fill Plan, Sedimentation & Silt Control Plan, Storm Water and Waste Water drainage design
- Flood Mitigation Design – Designing for mitigating the flood risks arising out of the OLFP (overland flow path) crossing through the site or the site being in a flood prone or flood plain zone.
- Storm Water Design – Designing a holistic solution for Storm Water mitigation including the detention / retention tanks for proposed subdivision & development projects.
- Utility Services – Designing for providing for the power, water and telecom services on proposed subdivisions & development projects.
We also run the Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) process with Auckland Council (and Watercare) for our client’s projects; from the EPA application preparation through to the construction monitoring, final sign-off and as-built documentation completion.
