Infrastructure Design
Right of Way design (long and cross sections), Earthwork calculations, Cut & Fill Plan, Sedimentation & Silt Control Plan, Storm Water and Waste Water drainage design
Flood Mitigation Design
Designing for mitigating the flood risks arising out of the OLFP (overland flow path) crossing through the site or the site being in a flood prone or flood plain zone.
Storm Water Design
Designing a holistic solution for Storm Water mitigation including the detention / retention tanks for proposed subdivision & development projects.
Utility Services
Designing for providing for the power, water and telecom services on proposed subdivisions & development projects.
We also run the Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) process with Auckland Council (and Watercare) for our client’s projects; from the EPA application preparation through to the construction monitoring, final sign-off and as-built documentation completion.
