ArchPoint’s planning associate is well-qualified and experienced in running the Resource Consent process with council for every type, size and scale of the projects. We consider our associate as one of the finest in Auckland. Contrary to the general trend in market, ArchPoint’s planner acts as an integral part of the team and provides inputs throughout the Resource Consent process viz. from the feasibility study to the design finalization making sure there are no surprises left for the eleventh hour and also ensuring a complying and maximized potential scheme gets delivered. Working closely with ArchPoint’s Project Manager, our Planner owns the Resource Consent process from the submission of the application through to the time consent is granted.

ArchPoint’s Project Manager brings the required associates onboard to deliver a project successfully and acts as a single point of contact for the clients. ArchPoint’s Project Manager ensures all key professionals work in a synchronized way during the design, Resource Consent and Building Consent process by way of managing the internal and external dependencies in an efficient and proactive manner. ArchPoint’s Project Manager also acts like a quality gate / reviewer for all technical deliverables before these get submitted to council as part of Resource or Building Consent application. This approach helps in expediting the process while at the same time eliminating the discrepancies resulting into savings of time and money for our clients.
ArchPoint’ Project Manager comes with a Civil Engineering and Project Management qualifications and experience; being member of Engineering New Zealand, PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and member of Project Management Institute New Zealand Chapter (PMI NZ).
